So during lunch about 20 minutes ago, this was the (very long) conversation that took place...for pretty much the whole of lunch:


Dad (to my mum): So your brown jacket-
Mum: What brown jacket?
Dad: The one you washed today.
Mum: What brown jacket...you mean the green one...
Dad: No its not green, its brown. (goes to have a look) Its brown.
Mum: Its not brown, its green!!!
Dad: Jess is it green or brown?
Me: (goes to look) Its brown. Kinda grey-ish brown.
Mum: OH MY GOSH YOU BOTH ARE COLOUR BLIND.
Dad: Umm you're colour blind. Its so obviously not brown.
Mum: ITS A DARK GREEN.
Dad and I: (fits of laughter)
etc etc


This went on for about 10 minutes. I have to say, at best, it is maybe a khaki green. No way is it a DARK GREEN Mum. These are the colours we're talking about.


Anyway, later I said: I don't really  like your taste in style Mum.
Dad: Its not only her style thats different, its her colour scheme too.

Its one of those 'be there' moments. Made for hilarious lunch time conversations. I love my family. :)
